Description
Milk Mustache is a recipe blog designed and developed from scratch using Ruby on Rails. My aim was to create a simple website that would focus attention on the food photography accompanying each recipe.
Visibly, the website doesn't deviate greatly from a conventional blog - but under the hood, I created a custom administrative experience, tailored to the needs of a recipe blogger.
Features
- Site features an authentication system that supports multiple users.
- Separate models are used for posts and recipes. Custom built UI allows users to attach recipes to posts during their creation or editing.
- Administrative interface enables mass management of users, posts, tags and comments.
